These are some of the key ingredients, colours and fragrances we used when trying out these moulds:

Chromium green oxide powder (hydrated) for bath bombs

Orange Liquid colour for bath bombs

Coated Micas for bath bombs

Zeni Colour (Perfect for melt and pour)

Crystal White and Clear SLS Free Melt and Pour Bases

Pumpkin and Nectarine Fragrance

Dried Flowers and other Botanicals

Here are some of our top tips when using these moulds to make them really spooky!:

Painting Soap into mould

  • Use a pipette to add colour detail to your melt and pour soaps. Divide some melt and pour in to separate heat proof containers and melt in the microwave using 10 second bursts. Then when fully melted, use the Zeni colours to create your different Halloween colours! These are best for melt and pour as they don’t run when you apply more layers to your soap. Use a pipette to colour certain areas of your mould. You will have to work quickly as the melt and pour can set fast in the pipette.
  • Create a sense of spookiness with some of the botanicals we have available.  There will be a detailed recipe on how to do this later on in the week!
  • Create your own chilling scent by mixing up and testing the fragrance oils we have to offer!
  • Get even more creative by adding Halloween toys to your foamy creations! There will also be a recipe on how to do this later on in the week!

Stay tuned all this week for a spooky range of Halloween recipes!
